The client is a public-listed company and one of Malaysia's top property developers.
Its core competencies include macro township development, high-rise residential, commercial, retail and integrated developments, property management, and project and construction services.
The client embarked on a major digital transformation exercise across the company.
Challenge
With many township and high-rise projects in the pipeline, the client wanted a more systematic and efficient approach to project delivery lifecycle management.

Solution
A tailored cloud solution was implemented using Oracle Primavera Unifier integrated with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and Oracle Primavera Analytics.
